Shipping

At Zippy Zed our customers are our priority and we therefore will always endeavour to ship your order as fast as we can. Please allow 1-3 business days for handling plus shipping (except during sale periods + new releases which may cause delay in normal handling time). We use Australia Post and you will be notified once your order has left our warehouse.

Domestic Shipping

For all orders placed within Australia - we charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95 (dispatching in 1-3 business days). Express postage can be purchased for $17.95 (dispatches next business day & express shipping via Aus Post). Free standard shipping (Australia wide) is available for all orders placed over $200

International Shipping

Zippy Zed ships worldwide!

USA & UK - flat $10 shipping rate.

New Zealand - flat $20 shipping rate.

Rest of the world - flat international shipping rate of $30 AUD per order.

Shipping Protection

Our shipping protection (if selected at checkout) covers your order if it's lost or damaged in transit with Australia Post. A few things to note:

• Australia Post must confirm the parcel is lost or damaged before a claim is approved (if your order is shown as delivered by Aus Post this isn't covered by our protection & cannot be refunded or replaced)
• Claims must be lodged within 14 days of your delivery date
